This is a lengthy review because I can’t say enough about this business! Thanks so much Jeff and Tricia for helping us choose our beautiful new Fireplace Xtraordinaire. You made it so easy, and your cost estimate was careful and complete so there were no surprises! When installation day arrived, the crew was delayed on another job, and we couldn’t believe it when we got a call from the store letting us know they would be four minutes late. Kenny, Carl and Robert were extremely professional, quick and courteous. They left the room spotless, which we appreciated. They made sure we were happy with the results, and spent time explaining how to operate everything. The free install promotion allowed us to do several upgrades. The experience with this family owned business was so wonderful, we decided to hire Jeff’s son Isaac to create a beautiful tile surround which finished everything up beautifully. We purchased a Berkshire stove for our basement enjoyment 15 yrs ago from Quality Stoves. I was recently experiencing igniter issues. I contact Phillip, he suggested a maintenance check-up on the Berkshire and our regular fireplace (neither had been done in over 15/20 yrs).

I did not get the tech’s name that performed the maintenance service. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and provided suggestions to improve the efficiency of our heating systems. He was genuine!

We shopped around for a fireplace and finally decided on Quality Stoves. We chose, with their help, 864 TRV Deluxe, with an Artisan Charcoal Hammered Face. Triple J Masonry did the stone, they used culture stone from Mutual Materials. I sit every day in a trance and just enjoy my fireplace. Quality Stoves took good care of us. If we ever put in another fireplace we will use them again.

We had a problem with the ignition the fireplace after the first week, they came right out and fixed it. They are friendly, helpful and they take really good care of their customers.

We just did a major remodel of tearing out our gas fireplace and replacing it with a wood burning one. Quite a laborious process including going up through our second floor onto the roof. Then new mantle and rock work from floor to ceiling. Was a bit nervous on how all of it would progress. All that trepidation was washed away by the most professional, can do employees I’ve had the pleasure doing business with in a very long time. The entire crew from the time we walked in the showroom door through to completion was exemplary. They all will do what ever it takes to follow through with mighty fine customer service.
My husband and I are absolutely delighted. We won’t go anyplace else for our fireplace needs.

It’s been a long time since we have had a spa. We went to Quality Stoves and with their help we Love the 2017 Coast Elite spa we purchased and the locally made Lopi stove. We love the infinity edge on the spa. The lights in the tub at night are amazing. The new stove is a great addition for the winter fun.

Ken was my tech to check my gas fireplace upstairs and he let me know it was just a valve in the wrong place that prevented me from lighting it. He cleaned it out, started it up, and proceeded to explain why I need to leave the glass doors open from now on when it is lit. He also looked at my Kuma wood stove downstairs because I could not move the damper rod, which I found out is the catalytic converter rod. It took him over an hour to get it out. He was very helpful explaining my stove has a lifetime guarantee for parts, so I will get it fixed and he will be back to install the part. I will now have two running fireplaces this winter thanks to Ken!!
