Ken was my tech to check my gas fireplace upstairs and he let me know it was just a valve in the wrong place that prevented me from lighting it. He cleaned it out, started it up, and proceeded to explain why I need to leave the glass doors open from now on when it is lit. He also looked at my Kuma wood stove downstairs because I could not move the damper rod, which I found out is the catalytic converter rod. It took him over an hour to get it out. He was very helpful explaining my stove has a lifetime guarantee for parts, so I will get it fixed and he will be back to install the part. I will now have two running fireplaces this winter thanks to Ken!!
Ken just cleaned my pellet stove. He cleaned every part of the stove and was very polite. He answered my questions and made sure the stove was working before he left. I highly recommend Quality Stoves and Ken.

We purchased a Lopi natural gas fireplace/stove from Quality Stoves and encountered a problem during installation. Long story short — Jeff and everyone at Quality Stoves went above and beyond to find a perfect solution to our location issue. Robert did the installation which took longer than anticipated. However, he was patient, explained what was needed, provided us with choices when possible, and instilled confidence at every turn. He is a credit to the company — a real asset. You made it so easy, and your cost estimate was careful and complete so there were no surprises! When installation day arrived, the crew was delayed on another job, and we couldn’t believe it when we got a call from the store letting us know they would be four minutes late. Kenny, Carl and Robert were extremely professional, quick and courteous. They left the room spotless, which we appreciated. They made sure we were happy with the results, and spent time explaining how to operate everything. The free install promotion allowed us to do several upgrades. The experience with this family owned business was so wonderful, we decided to hire Jeff’s son Isaac to create a beautiful tile surround which finished everything up beautifully. We purchased a Berkshire stove for our basement enjoyment 15 yrs ago from Quality Stoves. I was recently experiencing igniter issues. I contact Phillip, he suggested a maintenance check-up on the Berkshire and our regular fireplace (neither had been done in over 15/20 yrs).
I did not get the tech’s name that performed the maintenance service. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and provided suggestions to improve the efficiency of our heating systems. He was genuine!

It’s been a long time since we have had a spa. We went to Quality Stoves and with their help we Love the 2017 Coast Elite spa we purchased and the locally made Lopi stove. We love the infinity edge on the spa. The lights in the tub at night are amazing. The new stove is a great addition for the winter fun.

We purchase a Coast Swim Spa a few years ago and shortly after which my distributor was dropped by Coast. We’ve had issues with our Coast Spa and Quality Stove and Spa stepped up to the plate and performed outstanding customer service, even though we did NOT purchase the spa from them. We shopped around for a fireplace and finally decided on Quality Stoves. We chose, with their help, 864 TRV Deluxe, with an Artisan Charcoal Hammered Face. Triple J Masonry did the stone, they used culture stone from Mutual Materials. I sit every day in a trance and just enjoy my fireplace. Quality Stoves took good care of us. If we ever put in another fireplace we will use them again.
We had a problem with the ignition the fireplace after the first week, they came right out and fixed it. They are friendly, helpful and they take really good care of their customers.
