Rich, buttery, and packed with heat, this grilled corn is the kind of side dish that steals the show.
Ingredients
- 4 ears of corn, husked
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 teaspoons Old Bay seasoning
- A dash of your favorite green hot sauce
- Salt to taste
Directions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Place the husked ears of corn directly on the grill. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes, turning every few minutes, until the kernels are charred in spots and tender throughout.
- While the corn finishes on the grill, melt the butter in a small saucepan or cast iron skillet. Stir in the Old Bay, hot sauce, and a pinch of salt.
- Pull the corn off the grill and brush generously with the spicy butter. Serve immediately.
