The 864 TV 40K CF is Fireplace Xtrordinair’s ‘best in class’ fireplace. This top vent (TV) 40,000 BTU fireplace is ideal for heating larger homes and living spaces up to 2,000 square feet. The 864 TV 40K Clean Face resembles a traditional masonry fireplace with very little metal around the fireviewing glass.
This model includes Ember-Glo™ ember bed lighting, adjustable overhead Accent Lights, the optional CoolSmart TV Wall™, and your choice of beautiful 10-piece detailed Classic Oak or Birch log sets. This Deluxe fireplace also features the GreenSmart® Remote Control and a 180 CFM convection fan, pairing a clean masonry look with effortless, thermostatic heat.
