The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to repair our gas fireplace and fix a few items he saw as safety concerns from the original install. He walked me through how to replace a remote battery for the fireplace and was extremely thorough with what he did to get our unit going again. Will be adding them to our list of repair vendors!

Gavin at Quality stoves and spa was over the top excellent, and probably saved my family’s life in the long run. We had just bought the house, we had him service our pellet stove and man was there a lot that needed doing! Very professional! Will definitely be using him and this company again!!

Quality stoves provides good service, but Gavin went above and beyond servicing our wood stove. It was clean as a whistle when he got done and always showing me what he did. He found that the ignitor was not working when he was done. He investigated, called technical support, and figured out it was the fuse. He didn't have one, so he needed to come back. When Quality didn't have one either, he checked at several stores and ended up in Spokane finding one. He was so apologetic for being late. I was happy for the fix! Not many people bend over backwards for customer service, but Gavin did and is worth his weight in gold! He's a keeper!

We really appreciate Blake! He's come out to service our gas fireplace a few times. He's thorough and explains the process. It's nice having a technician that is so efficient. We highly recommend him AND quality stoves!!

I just had a service call at my home from Quality Stove's to tune up and clean our gas fireplace. It had not been professionally touch for 20 years that I know of. Gavin came to our home and did an outstanding job. Very professional, knowledgeable, patient and conscientious. It has never looked or worked as well as it does now. Gavin did one hell of a job!
